Sorry that I haven't written anything in a while... I am currently working on Easter production and finally settled on a theme for my individual chocolates. It will be High Tea in a box, using Silk Road Teas here in Victoria, BC. We have a beautiful, floral Jasmine Tea in a milk chocolate ganache and then also in milk an Earl Grey. They will be coming with bonbon that would be strawberry shortcake, so strawberry ganache, using Strawberry inspiration from Valrhona layered on top of a sour cream white chocolate ganache. And the last one will be a white chocolate cucumber ganache. Still, a few more tweaks, check out my Instagram account to see the progress for Easter products.
